Here’s what you can expect at each of our service levels.
Please note that we are unable to move large/heavy objects and/or furniture over 25lbs for safety and liability reasons. If you wish us to clean under large items, those items must be moved in advance. Maid to Shine Houston reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or apply additional fees to your booking if a clean is not properly represented upon booking. Please help us by selecting the right booking level to avoid potential additional fees. Call us if you have any questions.
A cleaner may choose to cancel a clean of any home deemed unsafe to enter (infestation, extreme conditions, hoarding, etc.). If a cleaner performs a clean, additional fees will apply based on the condition of the home as determined in partnership with cleaner and Maid to Shine Houston admin staff. Customers may be prevented from booking future appointments. All re-clean and appointment feedback should be submitted within 24 hours of your appointment in order to address any of your concerns promptly.

Deep Clean

This service should be selected if your home has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Extra time might be required in high traffic areas or you might have excessive pet hair, etc.
Includes all service from Standard Clean PLUS:
- Sanitize high touch surfaces – door knobs, light switches
- Wipe down outside of cabinets
- Dust all baseboards
- Clean inside oven
- Dust ceiling fans accessible from the ground or with a small client provided step stool no higher than 3 steps
- Extra time in tub/shower (as needed)
- Extra time on toilets (as needed)
- Extra time in kitchen (as needed)
- Dust blinds / window sills
Please note that we are not tile/grout restoration professionals. Overtime, build up and stains may accumulate in your tile and/or grout. It is recommended that youre tile and grout be resealed/restored every 1-2 years. Standard home cleaning methods may not be able to remove all visible stains due to the breakdown of your tile and grout sealant.
Move In/Out Clean
Choose this service level if you are moving in or out of your home.
Includes all services in deep clean PLUS:
- Extra time to dust from top to bottom
- Clean inside of cabinets
- Clean inside of fridge
- Clean interior windows
*All trash and furniture must be removed from home. Furniture or trash present in home will result in additional fees or cancellation without refund*
